(LOS ANGELES) Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean sued pageant officials in June after she was fired, saying her termination for making remarks against homosexual marriage equated to religious descrimination. Pageant officals fired back last month, countersuing for the cost of her breast augmentation surgery. A settlement of both lawsuits was signed in New York Tuesday, but no details were made public.
