"Gather and Protest" against Scott Peters to be held on Feb. 22

HIV patients and advocates are protesting Congressman Scott Peters on Thursday, February 22, because they feel he is “heartlessly attacking the life-saving 340B drug program.”

The 340B program was created in 1992 and requires drug makers to give prescription drugs to healthcare organizations at deeply reduced prices.

SD Pride will march in 2018 MLK Parade

All are welcome to march with Pride, which will meet at the site at 1:30 pm.

SAN DIEGO (Jan. 10, 2018) – San Diego Pride is proud to participate in the San Diego MLK Parade, one of the largest celebrations of its kind in the United States, in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The 38th annual parade is Sunday, January 14 and will march between Harbor Drive and Embarcadero. The parade will start at the San Diego County Admin Building on Harbor Drive at 2 pm.

Ben F. Dillingham III's personal military effects donated to Lambda Archives

A "Celebration of Life" in honor of Dillingham is set for Saturday, January 20 at St. Paul Episcopal Cathedral, 1 pm.

The late Ben F. Dillingham III, who was a decorated Marine captain and tank commander, had his uniforms, medals, dog tags, etc. presented to the Lambda Archives of San Diego by City Commissioner Nicole Murray-Ramirez last week. 

In November of 2017, Dillingham passed away from cancer at age 72.

Imperial Court de San Diego's holiday charity drives were a huge success

This past weekend was the "Three Kings" holiday in Mexico where children were given gifts.

Since 1975 the Imperial Court de San Diego has held an Annual Toy Drive for Children called "Toys for Kids."

It was started because the officials at the "Toys for Tots" Drive refused to receive toys from the "homosexual community." (Its policy has since changed).

This past weekend was the "Three Kings" holiday in Mexico where children were given gifts.
