For those of you who have never heard him sing, get ready for a night of powerful entertainment.
There are some singers you hear and wonder why you haven’t heard them before, or if you have, they aren’t rotated on the radio as much as they should be.
Eric Michael Krop is one such artist who with the power of his vocal strength puts him on par with some of the businesses most influential entertainers.
His strength to capture the moving ebb and flow of a heartfelt ballad, is more than just pop libretto, it transcends past the melodies of the written composition.
But this should be no surprise to fans of his work. Krop is originally from San Jose, California and has music already in his blood. His grandparents are the genesis of his inspiration to sing.
He studied in New York at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) remaining in The Big Apple for a decade after graduating.
Soon producers would take notice of his powerful talent, casting him in Godspell on Broadway.
Eric Is not slowing down, as he further pursues all aspects of the industry. He recently dropped a new EP, from which two singles were released and is currently pursuing his love of songwriting.
His song “Greater Things” is from that album and it is just a sampling of the power and emotion that has become his trademark.
Eric will give the audience at Martinis Above Fourth a chance to to hear his range with a special performance.
