One thing you may not want to do is bring attention to the “Hurricane” herself, Bianca Del Rio, especially if you are a conservative and wearing a t-shirt with a catchphrase she made  popular on the drag reality show “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”

If you think the Bette and Joan Feud is a bit heated, wait until you see what the drag superstar and “Fuller House” lead are arguing about.

Republican Candace Cameron Bure is no stranger to controversy over her views on gay marriage and straight bakery freedoms, but when she donned a t-shirt a week ago which read “Not Today Satan” and posted it to Instagram, Bianca Del Rio, Nee Roy Haylock, let the shade fall.

“IF ONLY THIS HOMOPHOBIC REPUBLICAN KNEW…” Del Rio wrote underneath the screen grab of Bure’s post.

The season six "Drag Race" winner has made a big name for herself in the entertainment world. The insult comic is never at rest and travels the globe doing shows and one-woman performances.

Bure espouses that she is not homophobic and that she has many gay friends that applaud her courage to say what she feels, especially on her past stint as co-host of TV morning gab-fest The View

“My favorite part were all the texts that I got from my… very close gay friends that were saying, ‘We love you and we can all have different opinions and you fight for what you believe in.’ And I’m going to fight for what I believe in,” she said in an interview with The Blaze

Bure responded to Del Rio asking why people were so offended and blowing up her feed with negativity:

“Why do you have to be so nasty to me? You don’t know me or my heart. I’m not homophobic and always sad when people think otherwise.

Loving Jesus doesn’t mean I hate gay people or anyone. You sent a bunch of hateful people to my page writing horrible things.

I hope next time you’ll spread love and kindness, even when you disagree with people. Sending you love and wish you all the best.”

There were a few people that faulted Del Rio for pointing out the Netflix star and her choice of shirt, saying "Not Today Satan" is actually an age-old phrase and Bure probably didn't know it was recently made popular by Bianca on "Drag Race."
