The internet hyped up the new limited edition beverage which is colored blue and pink.
Not since fall have Starbucks customers been so excited about a flavor addition to their menus.
This time it’s a new blended beverage called “Unicorn Frappuccino” which will be available for only five days starting today through April 23 at participating stores.
The cold drink is made with pink powder blended into Frappuccino Crème, flavored with mango syrup and a layer of blue drizzle. It's then topped with whipped cream and a colorful dusting of more pink and blue powder.
"Like its mythical namesake, the Unicorn Frappuccino blended crème comes with a bit of magic, starting as a purple beverage with swirls of blue and a first taste that is sweet and fruity," Starbucks said in a statement. "But give it a stir and its color changes to pink, and the flavor evolves to tangy and tart. The more swirl, the more the beverage’s color and flavors transform."
