The star exchanged vows with his partner of 14 years, Todd Spiewak.
New York’s Page Six is reporting that “Big Bang Theory” actor Jim Parsons married Todd Spiewak over the weekend.
The ceremony took place at the landmark Rainbow Room.
The couple have been together for 14 years and Parson’s said on Instagram when they met it was life-changing.
“I met this guy...14 years ago today and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, no contest.”
Parsons also included a picture of his husband crooning into a microphone. He adds, “One of his greatest gifts to me is that he no longer takes me to sing karaoke. Also, I believe this was a selfie with an actual camera, as our phones couldn’t do that back then hahaha!”
Five years ago, the network star came out in a New York Times profile. Two years later while being interviewed by Ellen DeGeneres he said he was in no hurry to walk down the aisle.
His straight character, Sheldon, who he portrays on the hit show, ended with a cliffhanger this year where he proposes marriage to his girlfriend Amy played by Mayim Bialik.
Parson’s PR rep confirmed the wedding took place on Saturday according to Page Six.
