Christina Aguilera has finally given her fans some “Liberation.” The singer released the single “Accelerate” (ft. 2 Chainz and Ty Dolla $ign ) from her new album, scheduled to drop on June 15. In a surprise, the 27-year-old songstress also released the video for that song on Thursday.
“Liberation” comes six years after her last studio album “Lotus,” and features collaborations with Demi Lovato, Keida, and Shenseea.
The publicity storm has started for this latest project, Xtina teasing a crowd of concertgoers in Azerbaijan with a video this past weekend and sending out cryptic polaroid photos of herself to industry people.
It's been 19 years since Christina released her self-titled debut album containing massive hits "Genie in a Bottle," and "What a Girl Wants." A year later she would take home the Grammy for Best New Artist.
