Boot~ique with VIDEO: How to get that bikini-bottom-booty!

We all want to look our best in the summer, right? When everyone is parading around in skimpy bikinis, there's nowhere to hide that extra jiggle.

This short, intense workout will burn off those extra pounds and perfectly shape your bottom just in time for showing it off at the beach this summer. 

We use a Gymboss interval timer to time this circuit (you can get one of these great tools for your workout right here).

Set the first timer for 45 seconds and the second timer for 15 seconds.

You will do each of the leg exercises for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of a cardio exercise.

So when you are ready, your circuit will look like this:

  • 45 seconds: Swinging Lunge Right Leg, followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers 
  • 45 seconds: Swinging Lunge Left Leg, followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers
  • 45 seconds: 5 Mini-squats and a jump, followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers

Repeat this circuit 2-5 times, taking a 30 second rest between each circuit.

Remember to push yourself and increase your intensity to get the best results from this short workout to shape your booty and get bikini-ready.
