This routine follows the serious muscle building TEMPO “2-2-4” and requires strict form on all the exercises to maximize your results. What are you waiting for? It’s time to start the show, TEAR IT UP!
This routine is designed to give anyone a great workout at the gym.
This Routine Requires:
1. Squat Rack
List of Exercises:
• 10 reps per set
• TEMPO: 2-2-4
• 3 sets per exercise
1. Standing Military Press
2. Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3. Dumbbell Bent-Over Reverse Fly
NOTE: Timestamps are available for each exercise in the info section of the video when watching on YouTube.
• Rest 30-60 seconds MAX between sets
• You can change the order of the exercises
Remember, when doing this routine, workout at your OWN intensity.
• This means if you cannot perform as many sets and reps as I do in the video, do as many as you can.
There are a couple different ways you can do this routine.
• Perform each exercise for 3 sets before moving to the next exercise and the workout is finished once you perform the last exercise.
• This routine can be done 1-2 times a week.
