Grant's post-holiday fitness advice

San Diego's fitness guru has some advice for your post-holiday resolutions.

Well, did you make it through the endless chances for holiday fun alive?

I know I've been anxious to get my training clients back to regular schedules and my own liver back to normal too.

It can be a challenge to break free from the new normal we've set of sweet snacks and frequent drinking.

But there is a way!

Alano Club helps maintain sobriety through the holidays

The holidays are an especially dangerous time for addicts and alcoholics.

Courage is defined as: mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.

For millions of Americans having the courage to step up, announce one's self, and seek treatment for drug and alcohol addiction is heroic. Addicts and alcoholics often feel isolated and humiliated by the things they have done while in their active disease.

3 things you're NOT doing to keep fit

To be this large they need help: to be fed by someone else because they can’t get up, go shopping, wash, or use the restroom on their own.

Let that all sink in a moment.

Eat, drink and be mindful this holiday season

Grant Foreman

Happy belated Thanksgiving my fitness-fans.

We have so much to be grateful for and to appreciate; one of my favorites being FOOD!

This is your trainer telling you to belly up and enjoy the season.

That means stuffing, pie, all the goodies.
