Russian paper is claiming that Chechen officials are putting gay men in a concentration camp.

Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta originally broke the story last week that Chechan law enforcement have rounded up about 100 men they believed to be homosexuals detaining them, alleging some of the men arrested were also being killed.

A man led the San Diego Police department on a small car chase through Hillcrest on Tuesday night, ending in a crash through a business store front on Park Boulevard and Robinson Avenue just before 9 pm.

The 7th Court of Appeals ruled that LGBT employees are protected by the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

On Tuesday, a federal appeal court ruled that workplace discrimination against LGBT employees is prohibited per the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 

Judge Diane Wood of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals wrote, “We conclude today that discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is a form of sex discrimination.”
