SAN DIEGO _ City Councilman Carl DeMaio appeared on Fox Business Network this morning, discussing with host Stuart Varney how San Diego can avoid bankruptcy over the pension debacle.

DeMaio said the city's politicians must act quickly to overhaul the pension plans, and offered potential solutions to the problem.
