Reset your clock tonight: Spring forward

Don't forget to push your clocks ahead by an hour tonight for Daylight Savings Time (DST).

Yep, that means we lose hour of sleep.

DST goes into effect at 2 a.m., when clocks spring forward by an hour. As a result, mornings will be darker and evenings will be lighter.

The annual ritual started in World War I as a way to conserve energy by adding another hour of light to the day. DST will last until Nov. 7, when clocks fall back again.
