SAN DIEGO – An overwhelming majority of readers of San Diego Gay & Lesbian News who took our poll say that district Judge James Ware should unseal the Proposition 8 trial tapes for public viewings. The hearing is Monday, Aug. 29.

Our poll question was: Should district Judge Ware unseal the Proposition 8 trial tapes for public viewings?

The results, which are not scientific, reveal that 94% of readers say that the Prop 8 trial tapes should be available to the public for viewing, 4% said the judge should not release the tapes, and 3% said they were not sure if the judge should release the tapes.
