Couple can move forward with lawsuit against Kim Davis

Couple who was refused a marriage license two years ago can sue Davis for punitive damages court rues.

The two gentleman who approached the counter asking for, but were denied, a marriage license in Kentucky in 2015 are continuing their lawsuit against Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis.

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that their case which was dismissed last year can indeed continue against Davis.

There is a massive malware virus going around today that camouflages itself as a Google doc sent from a friend and lays in wait until you open it. Delete it. If you open the email it appears to be fine, it's when you actually open the document that it goes to work.

Not much is known about what it is doing at this time, but you can be sure it's not good. 

Mother and victim in La Jolla shootings remembered in prayer vigils

La Jolla shooting victim Monique Clark will be remembered on May 3 at a candlelight vigil at the scene of the crime.

Last Sunday’s deadly shootout at a La Jolla apartment complex left one family without their mother. And the community will remember her in three events throughout San Diego.

Monique Clark, 35, was one of the seven people shot poolside when a distraught gunman calmly began targeting people at a communal birthday party. He was killed by San Diego Police who responded to the scene.

It happened at 6 pm within a gated apartment complex located at 9000 Judicial Drive in University City.
