The man was caught on video pleasuring himself only feet away from Chargers' cheerleaders at football game.
Back in December we reported on an Elite security guard who was caught on camera pleasuring himself just feet away from the cheerleaders at a Chargers game.
The whole incident was caught on camera, and posted to Facebook.
The man, who we will not name, was investigated and charged after pleading guilty to a lewd act in public, reports ABC 10 News.
The guard was fired from his job and handed over his security guard license not long after the incident took place.
A background check revealed the he has no previous criminal record.
The court ordered him to serve three years probation and seek counseling for what’s listed in court records as a “sexual component.”
He will not be required to register as a sex offender.
The local ABC News affiliate spoke to the woman who captured the video; she wished to remain anonymous.
She says she tried to contact Elite Security and the Chargers after seeing the security guard’s actions that day, but they never returned her calls.
It’s her hope the man’s therapy will, "give him the help he needs", if not, she said, "someone will get hurt later."
The ex-guard’s attorney declined to comment on the case on behalf of his client.
