Atlantis presents the first all-gay cruise on the revolutionary "Anthem of the Seas."
Atlantis Events is celebrating a quarter century of LGBT travel excellence with an historic event on May 21, 2016.
The company has chartered the newest Royal Caribbean’s megaship Anthem of the Seas to make its journey from New York to the private island of CoCo Cay, arriving back to the Big Apple just in time for Memorial Day weekend.
This social excursion aboard one of the newest vessels for Royal Caribbean, will provide plenty of dining, entertainment and thrilling activities to keep everyone busy with what they like to do best.
“Our guests have been asking us for this incredible ship since she was first announced and we’re thrilled to be the first to charter her,” said Atlantis President Rich Campbell, “There simply never has been an Atlantis cruise with so much to offer and it’s the perfect way for us to usher in the new generation of all-gay cruises!”
One of the things Anthem of the Seas offers is North Star, an exhilarating enclosed sky ride that swings you 300 feet above the ocean.
If feeling like your soaring through the air is appealing, try the RipCord skydiving simulator; a vertical wind tunnel that gives you the sensitivity of a free fall.
What would a cruise be without endless amounts of gourmet food? Whether you prefer dining in a more formal environment or if casual flair is more your thing, try one of over 18 culinary establishments on board to satisfy whatever it is you are craving.
World class entertainers are no strangers to Atlantis excursions either. For the past 25 years celebrities have taken the cruise right along with the passengers. Performers such as Jennifer Hudson, Rosie O’Donnell, Patti LuPone, Roseanne Barr, and Wayne Brady have amused guests in the past.
A feature star for the 25th anniversary cruise aboard the Anthem of the Seas has yet to be announced, but the company says they will not disappoint.
This unique all-gay cruise sails from New York on May 21, 2016 to Port Canaveral, Nassau, and the private island of Coco Cay -- arriving back to the city in time for Memorial Day Weekend. Fares start at $999 USD per person.
The Atlantis 2016 Anthem Caribbean Cruise complements the company’s other cruises and resort vacations to the Mediterranean, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Complete details can be found at atlantisevents.com or by calling 310-859-8800.
