San Diego remembers Pulse

San Diego will honor the innocent lives lost at Pulse Nightclub one year ago today.

It was one year ago today that the LGBT and Latinx community was rocked by tragedy as word spread around the globe of a lone gunman taking the souls of 49 lives and physically injuring 58 at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando Florida.

San Diego keeps Harvey Milk's legacy alive

Today marks the 87th birthday of LGBT activist and politician Harvey Milk.

The northern California gay rights icon dedicated his life to the community and made great strides in advancing the movement in the United States until he was assassinated in 1978. He was the first-ever out gay politician.

The Center to host Free Immigration Forum on Tuesday

The San Diego LGBT Community Center will host a Free Immigration Forum on Tuesday, March March 28 from 6-8 pm.

The forum is open to everyone, and will address questions and concerns that many community members may have, including:
