Seventh Circuit mandates gay marriage for Indiana

The day after the U.S. Supreme Court let stand the gay-marriage ruling by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the appellate court today issued the Baskin mandate ordering Indiana to legalize same-sex marriage. This is a mere formality, but a necessary legal move to ensure that the red state follows the law.
