On Saturday, June 30, the San Diego LGBT Community Center (The Center) will offer a free event centering on transgender, non-binary, two-spirit, questioning, agender, genderqueer, gender fluid, and flux youth.
Thousands have already signed up to join the Families Belong Together & Free March happening on Saturday, June 23 starting at the Civic Center downtown. San Diego Pride has also said they will be a part of this rally.
San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA) is holding it's "2nd Annual Drag Race" fundraiser on Saturday, June 2. This unique show will benefit LGBTQ+ youth in the community and SCPA's Gender Sexuality Alliance GSA.

On a recent trip to Cuba, San Francisco LGBT activist Michael Petrelis noticed something missing in their gay community, Pride flags. He would like to change that and has started a project called Arcoiris Para Cuba/Rainbows For Cuba asking communities to donate their gently used or unused flags and Pride items.
The annual fundraiser Dining Out for Life San Diego is something the whole community gets involved with and every year some very special people get away from their day jobs to help restaurants in different hospitality roles.
