On Wednesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit denied yet another attempt by the Trump Administration to implement its discriminatory plan to ban transgender people from serving openly in the U.S. Armed Services.

In its continuing effort to promote alternative transportation and improve bicycle infrastructure, the City of San Diego today announced plans to install hundreds of bicycle racks in neighborhoods citywide.
