Theater Review: “On Your Feet"

“On Your Feet” plays through August 5, 2018, at San Diego Civic Theatre, 3rd and B Streets, downtown.

This lively, jaunty musical depicts the joys and struggles – but mostly the love of music and dance – of Gloria Estefan’s journey from Cuba to international megastar.

"Lizzie" explores the axe murder legend with a lesbian backstory

In 1892, Lizzie Borden was the primary suspect in the axe killings of her mother and father in Fall River, Mass. The gruesome tale has been made into a modern film which explores what may have motivated the murders; the forbidden love between Borden and her housemaid.

"Born This Way" model Zombie Boy dies at the age of 32

Rick Genest aka "Zombie Boy" was found dead in his apartment on Thursday he was 32. Genest, originally from Canada was a model and actor who danced alongside Lady Gaga in her video "Born this Way."

Culture Club releasing new original album after nearly 20 years

New Culture Club album coming October 26, 2018.

After nearly twenty years Culture Club is putting forth a new album and Spotify and YouTube subscribers can listen to the first song "Let Somebody Love You." 

The album is called Life and will be released on October 26.
