The forthcoming project will be based on the original pitch by the director and no further details are revealed yet, all that the viewers know is that something special is cooking up behind the screen with very special and unique casting.

Until today, no further details like the plot, title, or other casting are let out other than the major casts, direction, production, etc.

As the audience has already witnessed the teaming up of the queens earlier in the 2016 American romantic dramedy film, Mother’s Day by Garry Marshall, there is no doubt that the film will be a must-watch.

Also, currently, audiences are much into comedies which is clear from the box office success of Ol Parker’s 2022 romantic comedy film, Ticket to Paradise, starring George Clooney and Julia Roberts, and the Nee brothers’ 2022 American action-adventure comedy film, The Lost City starring Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum. Both these movies have individually grossed over $150 million worldwide collection.

Max Barbakow, the director of the upcoming project has presented his feature directorial debut with the 2020 American science fiction romantic comedy film, Palm Springs.

The film premiered in the world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 26, 2020, and was later released through Hulu and finally in selected theatres. Palm Springs received great appraisals from critics all over the world for its concept and casting.

The film even received two nominations at the 78th Golden Globe Awards for the categories, Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy and Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy. It was even accoladed as the Best Comedy at the 26th Critics’ Choice Awards.

The announcement for the untitled body swap comedy comes months after the premiere of Julia Roberts’ recent success ‘Ticket to Paradise’ starring alongside her long term best friend George Clooney as they star as divorced husband and wife.

The film has received great reviews and an 87% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. The lead cast of the film, Roberts, commented that she believes the movie will be more like a terrible one.

She added that the filming was so fun and the friend’s duo, Cooney and herself, had a good time shooting the entertainer that they believed would be a great success.

On the other hand, Aniston is all set for her upcoming comedy mystery film, Murder Mystery 2 directed by Jeremy Garelick alongside Adam Sandler. The film is a sequel to the 2019 film Murder Mystery with the same casting.
