Megan and Kelly spotted a party together and a few hours later Megan deleted numerous photographs of Kelly from her Instagram account. She deleted her account from the platform the next day.

Her following list remains only three people including Timothee Chalamet, Eminem, and Harry Styles. Several comments came from her fans as they noticed she started to follow Eminem.
These kinds of comments led her to completely deleted her account. It also increased the chance to generate rumors about Megan and Kelly. All these actions led the people to believe that the couple has officially ended their relationship.
A day before these incidents, Megan and Kelly were spotted at a pre-Super Bowl party holding hands.
