Mark Sam Rosenthal and Brian Sloan have created a new web series about single gay men in New York and you can watch the first episode below. 

The duo say the characters have come to some realizations in the decade since their 30's 

Gain detergent spot has dad sniffing his jock strap

Detergent ad has some questioning whether it's in bad taste.

In an interesting campaign from Gain laundry detergent, they advertise just how well their product gets clothes clean, even a used jock strap. 

The spot, running for about a week, has pricked up the ears and keyboards of social media who are pretty divided about the ad.

Hollywood heartthrob, actor, and activist Tab Hunter has died at the age of 86 according to his partner of over 30 years, Allan Glaser, in a Facebook post. "SAD NEWS: Tab passed away tonight three days shy of his 87th birthday. Please honor his memory by saying a prayer on his behalf.

Trixie Mattel delivers a racist joke, and social media notices

Trixie Mattel says she's not apologizing for a racist joke she made at a roast.

Season 7 Drag Race contestant Trixie Mattel is being scrutinized for cracking a racist joke during a roast a few months ago. According to Queerty a video of the performance appeared online this week. 

In it, Mattel talks about her choice of wardrobe for the evening, “I couldn’t decide what to wear so I wore this,” Trixie says. “It’s just like a cotton.”

Scarlett Johansson will play trans man in new film

Scarlett Johansson under fire for accepting a role to play a trans man.

It was announced this week that Scarlett Johansson would be making another controversial movie role decision just a year after she was criticised for starring in the movie "Ghost in the Shell" which was accused of  "whitewashing" and "gaybaiting." This time she's slated to star in the biopic Rub & Tug about an infamous Pennsylvania trans man named Dante “Tex” Gill.

Instagram apologizes for taking down photo of men kissing

Instagram apologizes and reposts a picture of kissing men.

Social media has become a place for people who don't agree with you to report your page in hopes of taking it down. Whether the checks and balances are fair or not is yet to be determined, but Instagram has already apologized twice recently for removing content that someone reported as offensive.
