The building located at 3580 Fifth Ave. in Hillcrest is being sold by LuxView Properties to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) for $4.8 million. Colliers International is overseeing the sale of the 13,253-square-foot building in the heart of Hillcrest.
The AHF currently provides medical and pharmaceutical services a block over at 3940 Fourth Ave. in Hillcrest.
They plan to transform the site into a mixed-use property with a retail thrift store on the first floor and a medical clinic on the second.
