Ruth Bader Ginsburg falls, breaks ribs

The 85-year-old Supreme Court Justice is recovering after a fall that fractured her ribs.

Supreme Court Justice and historic icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg fell in her SCOTUS office on Wednesday night and fractured her ribs.

In a statement from the Supreme Court, they say Ginsburg, 85, didn't feel right after going home following the tumble. She was taken to George Washington University Thursday morning for treatment.

Kim Davis has been unseated as the Rowan county clerk. Elwood Caudill Jr. has won that position with all precincts reporting. 

Caudill was 700 votes ahead, Davis has already called him to concede.

Church defaced with gay slur in Wyoming, possible hate crime

Just as Matthew Shepard's remains were laid to rest at an Episcopal church in Washington this past Friday, the Trinity Episcopal Church in Lander, WY was defaced with homophobic speech. The Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming released an announcement in which they called the incident "a possible hate crime."
