SAN DIEGO -- San Diego Police are warning women not to walk alone after two victims reported being assaulted in North Park in the last week.

The most recent case happened Saturday around 9:40 pm as a lone woman was walking on the 2700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

She told police she was hit from behind by two suspects and was knocked to the ground. One suspect grabbed her clothes and tried to pull them off, police say, but the woman fought back.
