'Heat Bar and Kitchen' under new ownership, now 'Pardon My French'

Heat Bar and Kitchen is now under new ownership reports the San Diego Eater. It’s new name is Pardon My French Bar and Kitchen and will have a grand opening on March 12.

Heat owners Sam Khorish and Pascal Courtin announced the change-over in a Facebook post late last month, saying that they are ready to, “take a break, do some travelling and embark on new adventures and endeavors.”

New owners Eric and Lindsey Fillion say they are going to pick up where Heat left off, keeping some signature dishes but also adding some California-French cuisine of their own.

The French atmosphere will flourish inside the restaurant with art showcases, music inspired by Hotel Costes in Paris, and a boutique wine list.

The large outdoor dining area will continue to bring people together for Sunday brunch and bottomless lavender mimosas.

Pardon My French is also very dog friendly, even offering your furry family member a freshly cooked meal if you so desire.

Most of the staff of Heat will remain under the new management to ensure loyal patrons and community members are given the same great service and hospitality they have come to expect.

The community opening will be held on Saturday, March 12.

Pardon My French Bar and Kitchen is located at 3797 Park Boulevard San Diego, CA 92104. 619.546.4328
