Millions of people demonstrated worldwide to voice solidarity for women's, human rights.
Millions of people around the world gathered at their city’s political hubs to celebrate women’s rights on Saturday.
“The Women’s March on Washington” spawned many satellite demonstrations around the globe from Alaska to Tel Aviv.
The march was not only symbolic of disdain over recently elected Donald Trump’s attitude towards women, but a call to action for any group who feels their rights are being infringed upon.
Locally, thousands of people turned out in droves to cover San Diego’s city streets, holding anti-Trump signs and LGBT flags.
Starting at Civic Center Plaza and making their way down Broadway and ending up at the County Administration Building, protestors sent a message loud-and-clear that women’s rights are human rights.
