Activist and Mayor of Hillcrest Nicole Murray-Ramirez was in Idaho over the weekend.
The trip was a five-day tour in which he met with state LGBT leaders.
Murray-Ramirez also spoke at a fundraiser that honored Boise Pridefest.
City Commissioner Murray-Ramirez was also at the State Capital of Idaho where he met with openly Gay State Representative John McCrostie.
McCrostie has a long history of supporting diversity. That includes serving as a Diversity Champion and a Safe Space member at Hewlett-Packard, as a member of the NEA’s GLBT and Fine Arts Caucuses, and in his current capacity as the Concordia Law School student representative to the Diversity Section of the Idaho State Bar.
