In a video she made for United on Trans Visibility Day in March 2020, Kayleigh Scott discussed “being so embarrassed because I was trans.” Yet she claimed that after a while, she understood that she had a tale to tell.
Kayleigh Scott continues, “Not for myself, but for those out there who are still battling social standards,” that she thinks it is crucial for her to share her tale.
Scott claimed that after joining United as a flight attendant, her life significantly improved. She declares in the closing of the video, “I am trans, and I am proud.”
The passing of Kayleigh Scott focuses on the considerable difficulties that transgender people are still required to overcome.
