NEWS

The parents who are accused of torturing and murdering 10-year-old Anthony Avalos may face California's death penalty. 

A 13-year-old boy who was lobster diving on Saturday was in serious condition after being attacked by a shark at an Encinitas beach. 

Parts of North Park were flooded on Thursday when a water main broke leaving streets submerged and vehicles stranded.

As we celebrate LGBT history month and the icons who have affected us in one way or another, New York is morning the loss of one of their own this week, Osvaldo Gomez, or Ms. Columbia.

San Diego Pride announced the return of the annual Youth Leadership Academy (YLA), being hosted at the San Diego History Center. A New York drag queen named Honey Davenport (above left) was scheduled to perform at the Monster, a popular gay nightclub in NYC’s Greenwich Village, on Saturday but when she walked on stage she was visibly upset, accusing the club's manager of racism.
