Here is everything we covered in SDGLN this week.
This was a short week for some of you because of Thanksgiving.

Fernando Zweifach López gave a special thank you to the community on behalf of San Diego Pride.
As far as things to do around the neighborhood and beyond, we cover all of that in this week's edition of Out & About.
There's a new gay bar coming to Hillcrest and it's getting ready to open its doors in just over a week. Just in case you missed all the hub-bub, the "World Famous Tin Room" is taking up residence in Hillcrest. This is an extension of their bar of the same name that remains open in Dallas.
All City of San Diego administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. (Note: The Development Service Department will be closed both Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29.)
San Diego Pride's Fernando Zweifach López offers thanks to everyone who has still held strong and supported the community with continued and unwavering resilience. "We have taken the year to reflect on the gifts given to us by the struggles and sacrifices of our Stonewall generation and consider the world we want to leave to the next generation. I continue to be inspired by our community’s history of resilience."
Dolly Parton appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers this past week and gave a special shout out to her gay fans through one of her most famous songs. The 73-year-old singer was on the show to promote "Heartstrings," a Netflix original that uses her songs as the inspiration behind the episodes.
Jamie Lee Curtis has been dealing with an entity hiding behind a mask for four decades, but there is one menace in particular that she feels should be exposed; closeted anti-gay politicians.
Emmy winner Billy Porter is going to help ring in 2020 live from New Orleans as he helps host Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2020. This will be the first time the Pose star has been a part of the show now in its 48th year.
Our own theater critic Jean Lowerison reviews "Around the World in 80 Days": "And now for something completely (or at least delightfully) different: New Village Arts’ world premiere of the pirate version of “Around the World in 80 Days,” with original music composed by Joseph Freeman and Renee Moreno of Leucadia’s pirate rock band Shantyannes."
Lowerison also caught the show "Hold These Truths."
Whether you're late for a very important date or just mad as a hatter, Mo's is taking you down the rabbit hole this Thanksgiving weekend with Wonderland. Mo's will be transformed into Wonderland for this special SDPIX presents party.
