AB 482, a bill to improve the cost effectiveness of the California Cultural and Historical Endowment (CCHE) and to fund museums through the sale of a Snoopy license plate, is passed by the state Legislature and sent to the governor.
The bill will help ensure people who are transgender have better access to legal name changes and identity documents that accurately reflect their gender identity. The bill now goes to Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk.
