This week's fun is all about your dreams. First, a fever dream at the Porto Vista Hotel for their 70's inspired party for Top of the Bay. Then there's a dream line-up at Rich's for Divas as Raven from Drag Race takes to the stage for a night of drag entertainment that can't be beat. 

Then dream of winning big at Mo's for bingo that benefits the SDAFFL. 

With the celebration of national Pride month and San Diego’s very own Pride celebration currently in development, we should also draw our attention to parties and charitable events that help those in the community. 

One such event is The Red Dress Party. 

(Editor's note: "Tantrums and Tiaras: Battle of the Bar Queens All-Stars 2018" will take place on Sunday, Feb. 18 at Observatory North Park. The show is an over-the-top drag competition featuring representatives from some of the community’s bars.

It’s that time of year we have all been waiting for. All the months of hitting the gym, meal prepping and getting that Pride body ready has come.

And I hope you all had a great July 4th weekend because I sure did. But before I get into all that craziness. Let’s talk about a few of the events coming up this week.

Service dogs are always welcome into an establishment, it's the law. But some are abusing that privilege by bringing in their pets and calling them service dogs. 

This seems to be the case for several San Diego restaurants and they have had enough. 

The south side of the 1000 block of University Avenue is generally recognized as the epicenter of the gay nightlife community in Hillcrest. Two of the largest gay clubs in the city, Flicks and Rich’s, reside there, as well as the gay friendly coffee house Lestat’s Hillcrest.

This Sunday is Mother’s Day!
