Hamburger Mary's in Tampa Florida is getting sued by a 53-year-old Denver woman after she allegedly suffered physical damage when a drag performer began "shaking her breasts" on her face and neck. 

The plaintiff, Neldin Molina, says she has brought on the $1.5 million lawsuit after she visited the iconic eatery back in 2015.

These days, masseuse Christian Fischer (above left) who is also a former Miss Gay Pride San Diego, is usually the one helping others to heal both physically and spiritually with crystals and oils at his pop-up shop in Ocean Beach. But today he is the one recovering from a violent attack which will forever affect his livelihood.

Body found outside Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest

A man’s body was found outside Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest Thursday morning.

The deceased still unidentified was wearing a hospital gown and was discovered in the parking lot in the 4000 block of Fifth Avenue reports ABC 10.

President Trump will visit San Diego next week

Trump will tour and learn about different border wall designs.

President Trump is coming to San Diego on Tuesday of next week according to White House officials.

This will be Trump’s first visit to California since he’s been in office.

He will be in San Diego to inspect border wall prototypes built near the Otay Mesa entry point.
