This is the time of year when the past meets the future. So grab a loved one and celebrate everything about 2019 and when the clock strikes midnight kiss them for good luck into the new year. 

The holidays are quickly coming to an end while the new year is fastly approaching. This week there were a few stories that made headlines including the sale of Pernicano’s which has become official according to the seller and the real estate agent. 

We also found out that one of the longest-running community fundraisers continued its efforts to give back and raised over $12k. 

New Year's eve at Rich's is going to be huge! In fact, it's MASSIVE! Get the champagne ready, put on your party hats and get ready to ring in the new year! 

Bidding farewell to another year means spending time with all your friends, drinking lots of champagne, listening to the best music of the year and a kiss at midnight. Hillcrest has all of those things and more as they welcome 2020.

From elegant dinners to dynamic DJs to MASSIVE dance parties, the neighborhood is not letting the ball drop without a bang! 

Winter is coming and there is no better way to celebrate the season than getting into your best white attire and heading to Rich's on Saturday, December, 28. 

It may not snow in Hillcrest, but SDPIX is making sure everyone gets into the spirit of the season at the Winter White Party.

This Saturday's performance by DJ Brett Henrichsen at Overdrive will be one of his last ever.

As we head into the holiday, there were a few items worth noting in the news this week. First, San Diego's City Council decided to narrowly vote out e-scooters on some of the city's busiest boardwalks. And internationally, a London drag performer got physical with an audience member who decided to get up on stage and block her routine. 

This is a great week to get out before the madness of the holidays. There is plenty to do including wine tasting, a onesie party and a special Overdrive at Spin which will mark DJ Brett Henrichsen's final performance in San Diego. 

Then you might want to head over to the Tin Room for a fun night of celebration.
