The American dating and relationship reality television series, The Bachelor premiered its latest season on 23 January 2023. The 27th season features Zack Shallcross, a tech executive from Anaheim Hills, California. 

Although some might not be much familiar with the name, if you are a fan of the show, Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey’s ‘The Bachelorette’ from its previous seasons, then it’s obvious that you’ll know him.

He was the second runner-up of the nineteenth season of The Bachelorette featuring Recchia and Gabby Windey. 

The star of the latest season of ‘The Bachelor’ was born in Fullerton, California, U.S. on July 31, 1996. He graduated with a degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University in the year 2019. 

Prior to his appearance on the television reality show, he served as a sales account executive for Oracle, a software company in Austin, Texas. And because of this, the 26-year-old television personality has acquired quite some opulence at a young age.

After his appearance in Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey’s ‘The Bachelorette’ and with the latest show, he received the nickname, “Zach the Snack.”

He acquired great fame within the first show with his old-fashioned romance and this made his way into the latest season of the reality show as the leading man.

The dating and relationship reality show debuted in 2002 on March 25 and the first 25 seasons are hosted by Chris Harrison.

By May 13, 2022, ABC renewed the show for the twenty-seventh season. And on 14, September 2022, it was unveiled that Zack Shallcross will lead the forthcoming season of The Bachelor which was made official on September 20, through the Bachelorette season 19 finale live.

The Californian-born tech executive and reality show alum was born to Chapman and Megan Shallcross alongside two younger sisters. His father was a fire captain of the Orange City Fire Department until his retirement in 2020.
