Corinna, known prominently as Echo Quan, is the wife of Everything Everywhere All at Once fame Ke Huy Quan. The couple has known each other since 2004 while working on the film 2046 and started dating. The couple got married and moved to the United States in order to flourish in their fields of expertise.
The duo is very private about their personal lives, and many details regarding the couple are unknown to the masses. Ke Huy Quan met Echo while working for Kar Wai Wong, an Asian Director, as his stunt choreographer. The couple, who were together for over two decades, reunited in the film, Everything Everywhere All at Once. She was selected as an additional crew for the film and acted as the secret soul who worked throughout the years.
What Was Echo’s Role In Everything Everywhere All At Once?
Echo acted as an On Set Translator for the film. The family portrayed in the film must carry out multiple languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Chinglish, and English. And with the help of Echo, this issue got handled very wisely, and she became a secret soul of the film, according to the directors, Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, a.k.a. Daniels.
Prior to her shift to the United States, she worked in the entertainment industry with prominent directors in multiple films. But, after that, things weren’t good for her, and she hasn’t taken up a project ever since. And when she was offered to work with the Everything Everywhere All at Once crew, she teared up with joy. The film is her first job in Hollywood, and with this, the couple rekindled at work decades after their 2004 project.

The grandparents speak Cantonese meanwhile, the couple(mom and dad) communicate Mandarin, and the daughter is English-speaking. They even thanked Echo for translating everything and making it easy to work.

The 51-year-old actor made his comeback to acting after decades of hiatus. And he could be the only actor who would have made such a massive return with a mind-blowing performance in the role of Waymond Wang in the 2022 American absurdist comedy-drama film, Everything Everywhere All at Once. Before his return to acting, he worked behind the screen in multiple roles as an assistant fight choreographer in the 2000 film X-Men and an assistant on the 2001 film The One.
