The involvement of women in the crypto industry has witnessed the industry grow and mature simultaneously, which is due to glorifying diversity and embrace of ideas.

Elizabeth Stark 

Elizabeth stark is CEO and co-founder of Lightning Labs, one of the earliest supporters of blockchain scaling solutions. The company specializes in the development of a lightning network that enables users to effective transactions of bitcoin. It allows users to transact bitcoin at a lower cost and quick speed. This is due to its Layer-2 scaling solution.

Apart from managing the Blockchain company, stark contributes to the coin center, a leading nonprofit organization that pledges in dealing with cryptocurrency policy issues. In addition, she serves as an adviser at chia, another blockchain company, that operates in the crypto-mining protocol. Currently working as a chief strategist officer at coin shares, a digital asset investment that leads in managing over 44 billion of investors’ assets. Demiror is proficient in handling day-to-day operations at their New york office. She also holds a seat on the board of directors.

Prior to joining the coin shares, she looked after the company as vice president at digital currency group, another crypto firm. She is responsible for the company’s growth over the years as its chief strategist officer.

Under her management, her firm’s exchange-traded product assets grew from $2.67 billion in June 2021 to $4.13 billion in 2022 as of march.

Neha Narula

An MIT graduate focused on block technology, she is acknowledged for building some scalable blockchain solutions while completing her Ph.D. at MIT.

She is currently working as the director of the digital currency initiative, an MIT media lab research community that focuses on block technology.

Her development in championing blockchain-centric endeavors and innovative crypto-payment systems has amazed thousands of followers over the years.

Her fluent communication skills in explaining crypto and block technology have enabled her to express herself to key audiences, including policymakers in the united states.

She has been called to lecture U.S. senators on how digital currencies work and why they should consider centralizing digital bank currencies.
