This week Flicks is turning up the heat with their Inferno event with DJ Tony and don't forget to vote in the Mr. Flicks Contest.

Also, it's an important week for the trans community. On Friday the community will come together for Trans Day of Empowerment.

Free parking for Taste of Hillcrest

If you’re wondering where to park in Hillcrest on Saturday, April 13 for Taste of Hillcrest,  look no further than the DMV lot at 3960 Normal Street. 

The lot is free for public parking from 6:30 pm – 3 am on most nights. 

Also, there will be free shuttles running along the tour route, including a stop at the DMV lot.

Stops will be listed on your ticket.

Celebrate your spring awakening at Euphoria 

Euphoria happens on Saturday, April 13 Afterhours until 4 am. 

Forget the super bloom, Euphoria presented by SDPIX at Rich's is where you'll want to blossom this month.

We are getting closer and closer to summer and that means the White Party in Palm Springs is almost upon us. This week SDPIX and Rich's is preparing you for this spectacular event and giving you the chance to win tickets in the process. Also Spring has sprung at the Porto Vista Hotel as they celebrate the season with a party of their own. 

Hillcrest Farmers Market is ripe with variety

The Hillcrest Farmers Market happens every Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm and is located between University Ave. and Lincoln Street in Hillcrest. 

The Hillcrest Farmers Market isn't just one of San Diego's most popular events that happens every Sunday, it's also a relaxing community event where people shop for a variety of things including locally-grown produce and handmade gifts. 

With over 175 vendors to choose from shoppers can find everything from fresh vegetables to flowers to arts and crafts.
